The exhibition Earth-Works consisted of 56 paintings in all and ran in the Courthouse Arts Centre
from October 19th to November 19th, 2004.
The opening on October 19th 2004 turned out to be a very large family gathering as well as being my first
solo exhibition in Ireland. Among the guests were many friends and relations who had come from all over Europe.
The 56 paintings, sent over from Germany in a wooden case, now hung on the walls of this quiet,
"out of the way" Arts Centre in Tinahely. I liked the way they worked in this setting, blending in comfortably
with the surrounding countryside.
